Moving onto our fifth release with a new up and comer, Akiko Kiyama who is making some serious noise with a slew of releases coming out on some of our favorite labels. Born and raised in Japan and now residing in Berlin to pursue her blossoming music career, Akiko presented us a monster of an EP with 5 tracks ranging from stripped down minimal funk to some mental abstract madness. The title is part myth, part story telling or maybe something she just made up but let us tell you that this feline doesn’t play when it comes to stripped down machine funk.
